Free Basketball Clinic Scheduled for May 12

Duquesne University Head Men's Basketball Coach Ron Everhart and his coaching staff will be running the 2nd Annual Duquesne Dukes Free Basketball Clinic on Saturday, May 12th from Noon to 2 pm at the A.J. Palumbo Center on the Duquesne University campus.

All basketball players, coaches and fans are invited to attend the clinic and all Boys and Girls in 1st through 8th grade may participate in this interactive clinic. The clinic will be followed by an X and O session for basketball coaches of all levels beginning at 2:15 pm. There is no cost to participate in the clinic or coaches session, however to estimate the attendance, the Dukes' coaching staff asks all participants and coaches to pre-register by calling Assistant Coach Daryn Freedman at 412-396-5758 or by emailing [e-mail]

Coach Everhart and staff also recently announced the 2007 Dukes Summer Basketball Camp dates. The staff will be running two sessions of Basketball Day Camp for boys and girls entering grades 1 through 12 the weeks of June 18th to 21st and June 25th to 28th. The Dukes 2nd Annual Elite Overnight Basketball Camp will take place the weekend of June 22nd to 24th and will be for boys entering grades 6 through 12.
