Four Atlantic 10 Conference men's basketball teams have been invited to the National Invitational Tournament (NIT) and one will play in the inaugural College Basketball Invitational (CBI). Charlotte, Dayton, Massachusetts and Rhode Island are each placed in one of the four eight-team NIT brackets. Richmond will take on Virginia in the CBI giving the A-10 eight A-10 teams in the postseason.

In an Ohio matchup, Dayton (21-10) will host Cleveland State (21-12) of the Horizon League on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. That gives the UD Arena two games in two days. On Tuesday, Stephen F. Austin (26-6) will visit Massachusetts (21-10). The game also has a 6:00 p.m. start.

The A-10 road games are both in Nebraska and have Duquesne connections.

And Charlotte (20-13) takes on the Big 12's Nebraska (19-12) at 9:00 p.m. (Former Duquesne coach Danny Nee's longest term coaching job.)

In addition, Robert Morris (26-7) will play Syracuse (19-13) at 8:00 p.m. in New York.

Richmond (16-14) is the lone A-10 rep in the CBI. The Spiders will play at Virginia (15-15) of the ACC on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at UVa's John Paul Jones Arena.
