Media reports Monday afternoon announced that Shawn James and Kojo Mensah, transfer juniors who left Duquesne early to pursue pro careers, are suing the University in connection with on-campus shootings on September 2006 when they, Sam Ashaolu, Stuard Baldonado and Aaron Jackson, were injured after a campus dance.
