Marvell Waithe Not Cleared by NCAA

Marvell Waithe		By Denny Conroy Date: Sep 22, 2006 Marvell Waithe, a highly regarded high school prospect from Toronto, Ontario, has run into problems with the NCAA. He signed with Loyola of Chicago over Duquesne, Rutgers and Cincinnati. Loyola approved his admission to school but the NCAA hasn't and apparently won't.
