| Josh Wilson was added to the 40-man roster on April 26 to replace the injured Stephen Drew. He had been batting .260 in Reno.
The Diamondbacks signed Wilson in December to help solidify the infield defense for the new Reno Aces. The acquisition should help prevent the promising infield trio of Yunesky Sanchez, Pedro Ciriaco, and Mark Hallberg from being rushed to Triple-A.
His father, Mike, is in his 16th season as head coach of Duquesne University's baseball team. |
